Information Technology Associate - Desktop Operations
$54,192 - $95,976 Annual Range
CCHCS seeks to fill multiple permanent/full-time Information Technology Associate position in the Information Technology Services Division.
Under the general supervision of the Information Technology (IT) Supervisor I, the IT Associate serves as the Desktop Operations Associate, performing a broad variety of generally routine technical tasks in support of Headquarters Desktop Operations’ Client Services. The incumbent must maintain confidentiality of information acquired while performing job duties, demonstrate ethical behavior and work cooperatively with others. Travel to institutions and after-hours support of California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS) software applications and systems may be required due to operational need.
Please note: A Training and Development (T&D) assignment will not be considered at this time.
