- Appreciation Bonus of up to $35,000 for clinicians newly hired with the State of CA
- Clinicians providing care within one of our Psychiatric Inpatient Units receive an additional 15% Stipend of Base Pay ($42,888 - $51,540 Board Certified; $41,796 - $50,088 Board Eligible)
- Perform psychiatric evaluation for assigned in-patients in the Acute Psychiatric Program and/or Intermediate Treatment Program units
- Write orders for admission, transfer, discharge, medications, restraints, seclusion, and suicide precautions
- Provide individual and group psychotherapy
- Collaborate and consult with medical staff and other members of the multidisciplinary team
- Participate in the compensated on-call rotation program and morning rounds
