California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation is seeking committed professionals, like you, to join our dedicated team. Here, in a collaborative environment, you will apply your clinical knowledge and techniques to the assessment and treatment of mental and developmental disorders in our diverse adult patient population.  During the COVID-19 state of emergency, the Mental Health Program will offer Telework options which will be provided based on operational availability.  In addition, hiring interviews will be available virtually using teleconferencing or video conferencing options.  

In this role, you will also conduct various forms of group and individual therapy; make recommendations on admission, transfer, parole, discharge, and therapeutic activities; select, administer, and interpret personality, intelligence, and other psychological tests; and consult with medical personnel regarding the findings of medical examinations.
