Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker I, CF (ISUDT)

This position you are applying for with the California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS), Nursing Services program is being offered in San Bernardino County, Ontario California. Due to limited access, you will be provided with a temporary work space in the Rancho Cucamonga office for up to 12 months, until the permanent space at the Ontario location is available.
Under the general direction of the Headquarters Chief Nurse Executive (CNE) of the Whole Person Care Program (WPCP) or designee, Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker I is responsible for assisting in the preparation and improvement of program policies and procedures for the WPCP and other Complete Care Model (CCM) initiatives such as Integrated Substance Use Disorder Treatment (ISUDT), Hepatitis C Treatment (HCV), and other social work activities and/or health care initiatives at California Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (CDCR) and California Correctional Health Care Services (CCHCS). The Supervising Psychiatric Social Worker I provides leadership and supervises Clinical Social Workers (CSW) to ensure standards of patient health care pertaining to the provision of social services within the WPCP is consistent with applicable State Law, rules, regulations, policies and procedures.
